Terms of Service

The short version: practice as much as you like, don't abuse the site, and you can cancel Premium whenever you want.

Using the site

By using excelformulapractice.com you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

Free and Premium

Some exercises are free. Premium unlocks every exercise and extra features listed on the pricing page. You can pay for Premium monthly or yearly, as a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, or once for Lifetime Premium, which doesn't renew and keeps Premium on your account for as long as the site runs.

Payments and cancelling

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and include any taxes required where you live.
  • You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan anytime from your account page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • If you switch from a monthly or yearly plan to Lifetime, your old plan stops renewing at the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with Premium for any reason, email [email protected] and we'll refund your payment in full. Premium ends when the refund is made.
  • If something went wrong with a payment, email [email protected] and we'll make it right.

Fair use

Please don't copy our exercises in bulk, resell access, share one Premium account among many people, or try to break or overload the site.

Our content

The exercises, explanations and design belong to Excel Formula Practice. Formulas you write are yours. Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; this site isn't affiliated with Microsoft.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the exercises accurate and the site running, but it's provided as is. Our formula checker works like Excel for the functions it supports, but small differences are possible.

Closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact
